#SelfCareAware @ LSE
2016 – 2017: Campaign Manager
Financed by the LSE Campaigns Network and the LSE Annual Fund, the #SelfCareAware campaign aims to challenge the culture of stress on university campuses, and teach students simple yet effective self care activities to assist in their wellbeing.

Not A Compliment
2016: Campaign Manager
Approached directly by Change/org to run this campaign, which sought to extend Hate Crime laws to cover gendered harassment. The motivation and idea for this campaign follows in the footsteps of Nottinghamshire Police Force who led the way and announced they had extended hate crime legislation to cover misogyny.

2015: Campaign Manager
Tara Hudson, a trans woman who has lived her entire adult life as a woman, was sent to a male prison after admitting assault. The #ISeeTara campaign began as an online petition (which garnered 146,000 signatures) but quickly grew into organised protests, letter-writing campaigns, and more. It gained worldwide media attention, and successfully lobbied for Tara to be moved to women’s prison within just 4 days of the campaign launch.

The Gender Equality Network
2014 – Present: Founder
The Gender Equality Network (_GEN) is a UK-wide group for intersectional, sex-positive feminists and their allies to discuss topics around equality, support local activism, and look after each other in local areas, as well as further afield (we have members from all over the UK and abroad). Originally founded in Bath, we now have sister groups across the UK.

2016 – Present: Communications Assistant
Part-time job whilst studying for an MSc Politics and Communication at LSE – role includes supporting the Head of Communications with live event reporting, social media scheduling and helping to implement social media strategy and support the day to day management of social media profiles, photography, researching and drafting written content for multi-platform publishing, interviewing, editing, proofreading and collating amendments to copy, assist with other communications tasks as required.

2016 – Present: Annual Fund Assistant
Part-time job whilst studying for an MSc Politics and Communication at LSE.  Role includes: Supporting the LSESU Student Opportunities Coordinator to administer and report on the LSE Annual Fund Student Projects Fund, compiling and reporting on Annual Fund bids for the SU and School, creating content for the LSESU website and blog, broadcasting via social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), drafting and proposing and over-arching communications strategy for the Annual Fund (including setting aims, audiences, and targets).

2015 – 2016: Students’ Union Marketing Co-Ordinator
Line management, organising and approving sponsorship, media and press, strategy, creation & management of major marketing campaigns (for example, the General Election voter registration campaign), coordination of external advertisers and on-campus promotions, overseeing all social media accounts, event organisation, management and execution, supporting students, staff and departments with any marketing/promotional needs, content production for website, student and staff email, newsletter and infographic design and production, graphic design, brand management.

Advocating organisation and stakeholder change related to organisation mission, supporting motivation of volunteers and members, interfacing between organisation and community, drafting and enacting policies and planning recommendations, guiding courses of action in community management by volunteers, managing financial and physical resources (including organising corporate sponsorship and fundraising), assisting in the selection of working group and admin members.

2013 – 2015: Account Manager & Social Lead
Strategy, creation & management of all social paid-for advertising, social lead for the company, overseeing campaigns through from conception to delivery, business development strategy, project management, brand management, presenting monthly progress reports to clients, establishing and maintaining client social media accounts, content generation, analysing, interpreting and presenting campaign results, attending meetings with clients, managing staff.

2012 – 2013: Office Manager & Community Assistant
